To make sure your custom experience is as magical as possible, here is what you can expect when we craft together:

• Perfectly Imperfect: Every piece is handmade and crafted with love. Because of the handmade nature of our items, there may be tiny variations in bead shapes or colors, making your piece completely unique to you!

• Crafting Time: Custom magic takes a little longer to forage for and create. Please allow time for your design to be finished before it ships. I am a University Student and at busy times it may take longer for me to create your unique vision.

• Materials & Sourcing: If I need to hunt for a specific acrylic charm, mini-figure for The Companion Corner, or specialty letter beads for your design, this may add a few extra days to your timeline! I will always keep you updated.

• The Design Process: I want you to love your new companion! I will always send you a quick photo of the bead layout or design plan for your approval before I finish tying and securing the piece.

• Gentle Handling: Custom pieces are delicate. Please remember to treat them gently and avoid pulling on the strands so your new friend stays perfect for a long time.

• Payment: Once we finalise the design, I will send over a custom listing. Crafting begins as soon as payment is completed!

• Affordable Prices: I try my best to keep prices as affordable as possible - I want everyone to experience the magic of their visions coming to life. Because this is custom-made and takes more time, it will cost slightly more than the average cost our items here at Beads & Bunnies - not a lot, I promise! We can discuss this in further detail! ♡
