Our Products, Hardware & Accepted Payments

All items at Beads & Bunnies are individually handcrafted. Because of the handmade nature of our beaded jewellery, sensory accessories, and Companion Corner acrylic and mini-figure keyrings, there may be slight variations in bead shape, colour, or placement compared to the product photographs. These tiny differences make your piece entirely one-of-a-kind.
Hardware Wear & Tear: Please note that standard metal hardware (such as keyring loops, clasps, and jump rings) will naturally tarnish or experience plating wear over time with daily use and exposure to the elements. We do not offer refunds or replacements for natural tarnishing or general wear and tear of metal components.

Payments: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and standard online checkout payment methods. All payments must be processed and cleared in full before any standard or custom items are dispatched.

The Custom Burrow & Bespoke Orders

When you request a bespoke piece through The Custom Burrow, we will work with you to finalise a design.

Approval: Crafting will not begin until the final design is approved and payment is made in full.
Changes: Once payment is processed and crafting has begun, we cannot accept further design changes.

Right to Cancel: Under UK law, custom, personalized, or made-to-order goods are exempt from standard cancellation and return rights. Therefore, all sales of custom items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard Items: Please allow up to 14 days for standard marketplace items to be processed and dispatched.
Custom Items: Custom orders from the burrow require up to 30 days for processing, crafting, and dispatch.
Delays: If, for any reason, the crafting or dispatch of your order is delayed beyond these standard timeframes, we will contact you directly via email to provide an update and an estimated dispatch date. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs clearance once your package has been shipped.

Returns & Refunds (Standard Items)

For all non-custom, standard items purchased from the marketplace, you have the right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations to cancel your order and return the item within 14 days of receiving it.

The item must be returned in its original, unworn, and resaleable condition.
If you wish to initiate a return, please email us at contact@beadsbunnies.uk within 14 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
